Tanadore aims to provide all our customers with products that meet high quality standards. However, in rare cases, issues caused by production or shipping may occur. The following policy has been prepared in accordance with consumer protection requirements applicable worldwide.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products Delivered
If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, the customer has the right to request a completely free exchange or a full refund without paying any additional fees.
No shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
Photo or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item is sufficient.
Once the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided to the customer.
Product Return and Subsequent Procedures
Once the product is received by us, the following actions will be taken:
• Exchange Request
If the customer requests an exchange, the same product will be reproduced and shipped free of charge.
• Refund Request
If the customer prefers a refund, the full amount will be reimbursed within 7–14 days after the product is received.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Defects in Personalized Products
Even though personalized products (e.g., custom-printed spare tire covers) normally do not qualify for a standard return policy:
