Return and Exchange

You have the right to return or exchange all products within 14 days.

If you paid by credit card, your refund will be made 21 business days after we receive the product again. If you paid by EFT/Money Transfer, your refund will be made on the first business day after we receive the product again.

There is no change in custom-made products, except those that are defective in terms of production and materials.
